General
The basic dimensions of the overhead water reservoir structure is shown in Fig.
A6-1. The tank has a total capacity of 5 lac gallons (2 273 kl). The tank is supported
on a pile foundation which is designed for a safe bearing capacity of 200 kPa. M20
concrete and Fe 415 rebars were used for the construction of the staging
